Bride and Groom in front of The Biltmore during their Asheville wedding photographed by asheville wedding photographer Nick Levine Photography

A Biltmore wedding is (arguably) the biggest honor for an Asheville Wedding Photographer to photograph. It’s gorgeous, it’s iconic, and it’s not something that happens every day. So when I got the opportunity to document these two on their special day, there was no way I was saying no.

It was 10/10/2020, the most popular (and therefore busiest) wedding date of the year. Early on, I made the decision to try and give as many couples as possible that date as their anniversary. Why serve one couple when you can serve…five? So that’s exactly what I did (crazy…I know…that’s me).

10/10/2020 ended up being a rainy day…which is unfortunate but one of those things you can never predict and just need to roll with. But as luck would have it, the rain stopped mid-afternoon, right in time for family photos before the ceremony on the front lawn of The Biltmore Estate. And afterward, as the sun went down, we all partied the night away.

Now I am SUPER familiar with The Biltmore, so much so that I’ve created extensive guides for my couples, who mostly end up choosing The Biltmore Estate for their surprise proposals or sunset engagement sessions. But so be able to photograph a bride and groom there was next level for me.

The best part of my job is knowing that these two will be able to look back at their Biltmore Estate wedding photos for years to come. And that brings me joy that is unparalleled.

For those of you considereding planning your own Biltmore Estate Wedding, the biggest things that come to mind are of course the cost, and the different venues available. I like to send my couples to this site to understand the biltmore wedding cost. There was even a local article written about the Biltmore Estate Wedding Cost that highlights the nine different venues available to couples. Ranging from in front of the Estate to at the Inn on Biltmore Estate, to the Biltmore Estate Winery and Antler Village, there’s lots to choose from.
